Booking and visiting our Sheffield salon
How do I book a treatment?
The easiest way is to book online – you can see every available appointment and book in a few clicks, any time of day. You can also call us on 0114 266 4237. Full payment or an eGift voucher code is needed when you book.
What is your cancellation policy?
We need at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or rebook. If you cancel within 48 hours, we keep 50% as a cancellation fee and add the other 50% to your account as credit (or refund it if you ask). No-shows are charged in full. Group bookings and treatments over 1.5 hours need four days' notice. We're a small business, and last-minute gaps really affect us – thank you for understanding. Full details are in our salon terms.
Where can I park?
There's paid street parking along Sharrow Vale Road, up to the point where it becomes 'Residents Only', so please read the signs. You can get a free 20-minute ticket from the machines, which means spaces come up regularly – but do leave yourself a few extra minutes to park.
Do I need a patch test?
Yes, if you're booking a lash tint, eyebrow tint or lash lift and haven't had one with us before. It's quick and painless – please call us to arrange it at least 48 hours before your treatment.
I already have gel on my nails – can I just book a new gel polish?
You'll need to book a gel removal as well, otherwise we won't have time to do both and you may still be charged. You can book them together online.
How should I prepare for waxing?
For the best results, your hair should be about one centimetre long – trim it if it's longer, and let it grow a little if it's very short. This makes waxing more comfortable, especially for intimate waxing.
How early should I arrive?
A few minutes before your appointment is perfect – a little more if you're driving, so you're not rushing to find a space. We'll make sure you're settled before we start.
Can I use a gift voucher to book online?
Yes – our eGift vouchers have a code you can use on our online booking system. If you have an older card voucher bought before March 2023, it won't have a code, so please call us on 0114 266 4237 to book.
Can I use a gift voucher in the shop?
Our vouchers can be used on treatments and on clothing in our shop on Sharrow Vale Road.
Can I book for more than one person?
Of course – lovely for a treat with a friend. Group bookings and anything longer than 1.5 hours need four days' notice to change or cancel.
Are you open on Bank Holidays?
No, we're closed on Bank Holidays. We sometimes close for training too – follow us on Facebook and Instagram for any changes to our usual hours.
Can I have a massage when I'm pregnant?
Yes – our maternity massage is designed for it, with a heated couch and supportive cushions. Please let us know you're pregnant when you book, whatever treatment you choose.
