- Vouchers can be used on treatments and on clothing in our shop. They can't currently be used for clothing on our website, as our booking and website software aren't compatible – please call us on 0114 266 4237 if you'd like to buy clothing online with a voucher.
- eGift vouchers can't be used after their expiry date, and bookings made with them follow our 48-hour cancellation policy. Gift vouchers can't be refunded. See our salon terms for full details.
