It only takes a few minutes: we dab a tiny amount of product behind your ear or on your inner elbow, and you just need to pop in at least 48 hours before your treatment. It's a quick, important step to make sure your skin is happy with the products.

Do I need a patch test?

Yes, for any tint or lash lift if you haven't had one with us before. Please call 0114 266 4237 to arrange it at least 48 hours before your appointment.
How long do lash and brow tints last?

A lash tint usually lasts around 4–6 weeks, as your lashes naturally shed and regrow. Brow tints usually last 3–4 weeks, depending on your skin and routine.
Can I wear contact lenses?

Please bring your case and remove your lenses before lash treatments, and leave them out for a few hours afterwards.
Can I combine treatments?

Yes – a lash lift and tint, or a brow shape and tint, are our most popular combinations and can be booked together.
Should I wear make-up?

Please come without eye make-up if you can – it saves time and means we can get straight on with your treatment.
