Which massage should I choose?

What's the difference between full body, upper body and back?

A full body massage covers your back, shoulders, arms, legs and feet. An upper body massage focuses on your back, neck, shoulders and arms, and a back massage concentrates on your back, neck and shoulders – perfect when time is short.
What should I wear?

For traditional Thai massage, wear loose, comfortable clothes and stay fully dressed. For Thai oil and our other oil massages, you will undress to your underwear and be covered with warm towels throughout – only the area being massaged is uncovered. Wear something comfortable to travel home in.
Can I have a massage when I'm pregnant?

Yes – please book our maternity massage, which uses a heated couch and supportive cushions to keep you and your baby comfortable.
Is parking easy?

There's paid street parking on Sharrow Vale Road, and you can get a free 20-minute ticket from the machines, so spaces come up regularly. Just allow a few extra minutes so you arrive calm.
