Our approach to eyebrow shaping

Good brow shaping isn't about following a trend – it's about finding the shape that suits your face. Your therapist looks at your natural brow line, the shape of your eyes and your bone structure, then removes stray hairs with a little wax and careful tweezing to create a clean, balanced contour.
Whether you're growing out over-plucked brows, taming bushy ones or just keeping on top of strays, we'll always talk through the shape before we start, and we take away less rather than more. You can always take more off – you can't put it back!
What happens during your brow shape
- Consultation. We look at your brows together and agree the shape you'd like.
- Map and prepare. Brows brushed and cleansed, and the shape lightly mapped out.
- Wax. Warm wax removes hair underneath and between the brows quickly and neatly.
- Tweeze. Careful tweezing perfects the shape and catches any fine hairs.
- Soothe. A calming lotion to settle the skin, and brows brushed into place.

Eyebrow shaping suits everyone, men included. If your brows are fair or patchy, add an eyebrow tint – our brow shape and tint combines both. If you use retinoids or prescription skincare, let us know, as waxing may not be suitable and we can tweeze only.
Before and after your visit
Try not to tweeze for a few weeks beforehand so we have more to work with. Afterwards, avoid make-up on the area, touching it, sunbeds and saunas for 24 hours. Keep the shape going with a tidy-up every four to six weeks.

Does eyebrow waxing hurt?

There's a quick sting as the wax comes off, but it's over in seconds. Most people find it much quicker and less fiddly than plucking at home.
How often should I have my brows shaped?

Every four to six weeks keeps them neat. If you're growing your brows out, we may suggest leaving longer between visits.
Can you fix over-plucked brows?

We can help you grow them back into a better shape over a few visits, and a tint helps them look fuller in the meantime.
Do you shape men's brows?

Yes – we'll keep it natural and tidy, never too 'done'.
Do I need a patch test?

Not for shaping on its own. You'll only need one if you're adding a tint.
