- Quick skin check. A minute or two to look at your skin and confirm the right products.

- Exfoliate. To brighten and smooth.
- Mini facial massage. A short but blissful massage to ease tension in the face.
- Finish. Serum and moisturiser – and you're ready to go.
Express or luxury?
Choose express when you need a quick boost, have a busy week, or want to try a facial for the first time. When you have time to properly switch off, book the full 55-minute luxury version – it includes a mask and a much longer massage. Tight on time but fancy something else? A lash tint or eyebrow shape also fits neatly into a lunch break.
Before and after your visit
Come as you are – make-up and all. Afterwards, your skin will be ready for light make-up if you need to go straight back to work, though it'll love a make-up-free evening even more.
