Booking a couples massage in Sheffield
You'll each have your own therapist and your own heated couch, side by side in the same calm room. No rushing between rooms and no waiting for each other – just the two of you, switching off at the same time.
Each of you chooses your own massage and pressure, so one of you can drift off with a gentle Swedish massage while the other has stubborn knots worked out with deep tissue. Or treat yourselves to a hot stone massage together – lovely on a cold Sheffield evening.
What happens during your couples massage
- Welcome. A quick chat with each of you about how you'd like your massage and anything we need to know.
- Settle in. We'll leave you to get comfortable on side-by-side heated couches, covered with soft towels.
- Your massages. Your therapists work at the same time, each tailoring the treatment to one of you.
- Come round together. A few quiet moments and a glass of water before you head off.
- Make an afternoon of it. Sharrow Vale Road is full of independent cafés and shops – a lovely spot for lunch or coffee afterwards.

Couples massage is perfect for partners, but just as lovely for friends, mums and daughters, sisters – anyone you'd like to share a treat with. If either of you is pregnant, please let us know, as our maternity massage may be more suitable. Prefer your own space? We can book back-to-back appointments instead.
Before and after your visit
Arrive a few minutes early so you're not rushing to find parking. Afterwards, drink plenty of water and enjoy a slow, relaxed rest of the day. Please note that couples bookings count as group bookings, so we need four days' notice to change or cancel.
